Michelle Cozzi

Michelle Cozzi currently serves as the Head of GR Sales Optimization and Agile and New Ways of Working Coach at Equitable, a role held since March 2016. In this position, Michelle supports various leadership roles by facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies and establishing strong objectives and key results. Prior to this, Michelle worked at AXA Equitable as a Divisional Sales Desk Manager and began her career at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker, where in-depth customer interactions were key. Michelle also has experience as a Credit Manager, focusing on selling financial products and enhancing customer success. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from SUNY Oneonta, obtained in 2010.
