Mike Healy

Michael Healy is Chief Information Officer of Equitable and a member of the company’s Operating Committee. He is responsible for the company’s Information Technology (IT) function, directing all systems strategy and delivery, including infrastructure, application development, corporate architecture and electronic commerce. He leads a global team that includes more than 400 IT professionals in the U.S.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Information Officer, Mr. Healy was Chief Operations Officer, responsible for day-to-day IT operations.

Before joining the company, Mr. Healy served as Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan, where he led the global IT program office. Earlier in his career, he served as a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
