Molly Hill

Molly Hill is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Equitable since December 2023, having previously held the position of Director of Finance at Equitable Advisors. With extensive experience in financial and expense management, Hill has overseen multiple branches and developed strategic financial processes throughout a career spanning more than a decade. Concurrently, since October 2018, Hill has managed a cattle operation at Hondo Canyon Cattle Co, handling a significant head of Corriente cattle. Previous roles include Director of Finance at AXA Advisors, LLC, Operations Manager, Human Resources Manager at NAC and NAC Services, and Relationship Associate III at Bank of Texas. Hill holds experience in both community leadership as a national title holder with the Miss All-Star United States Pageant Organization and in customer relationship management as a Personal Banking Officer at Frost Bank.
