Monika Kurach

Monika Kurach currently serves as Director, Actuarial Chief of Staff, and Director of GAAP Valuation Program Management at Equitable since June 2019. Prior to this role, Monika held various positions at AIG from April 2010 to June 2019, including Process and Reengineering Manager, where efforts focused on standardizing management reporting and enhancing data accessibility. Monika also led the Finance Warehouse Project, establishing a central data repository for US GAAP and management reporting. Additional experience includes working as a Project Manager/Business Analyst on a Finance Transformation Initiative and prior roles as Project Coordinator/Analyst. Monika Kurach holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Baruch College.
