Nicholas Mills

Nicholas Mills is the founder and CEO of Albatross Golf, leading the charge to innovate technology that connects golfers with their preferred golf courses since July 2022. Concurrently, Nicholas serves as the Employee Benefits Reporting Manager at Equitable, where responsibilities include enhancing operational efficiencies and developing executive-level reports for senior leadership. Nicholas's analytical expertise, demonstrated through the use of tools like Tableau and Microsoft Office, aids in identifying profitability drivers. Previous roles include ELP Associate at Equitable and AXA US, as well as positions in marketing and investment analysis at VINCI and Merrill Lynch, respectively. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has completed coursework at The London School of Economics.
