Nicki Livanos

Nicki Livanos serves as the Director of Real Estate Investments at Equitable since February 2013, overseeing a portfolio of US real estate investments worth over $15 billion, which includes equity real estate, commercial mortgages, structured real estate debt, fund investments, CMBS, REIT preferred stocks, and private equity investments. Prior to this role, Nicki held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. from 1997 to 2012, focusing on alternative real estate investments, CMBS, REITs, and equity limited partnerships. Nicki began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst at ICSC from 1980 to 1984 and as an Analyst at Chandris Shipping from 1979 to 1980. Nicki holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Economics from Manhattanville University.
