Philip Medore

Philip Medore, MA, CCIM, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with extensive experience spanning multiple roles. Currently serving as the Lead Management Leasing and Design & Construction VP at Equitable since August 2012, Philip also acts as the Corporate Real Estate Broker of Record. Since January 2012, Philip has been a Broker at Nationwide Commercial Realty, specializing in national site location. Previous roles include Commercial Director at Keller Williams Realty and Real Estate Manager at Eagle Realty USA, where Philip focused on tenant representation and the leasing of commercial properties. Earlier in his career, Philip held positions such as Senior Business Intermediary at Gottesman Company and President of Associated Litho, Inc., where strategic business development and management were key responsibilities.
