Racheal Campbell

Racheal Campbell is the Head of Employee Communications at Equitable, where they spearhead the development and execution of internal communications strategies for over 5,000 global employees. With more than a decade of storytelling experience, Racheal has successfully launched initiatives such as a women's resource group and has received a divisional leadership award. Previously, they held various roles, including Senior Specialist at Wolters Kluwer and Press Officer at Imperial War Museums, where they developed high-impact campaigns and engaged diverse audiences. Racheal holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from McDaniel College and a Master's degree in Art History from the University of Glasgow.
