Ralph A. Petruzzo

Ralph A. Petruzzo serves as Deputy General Counsel and Chief Counsel for Corporate, Investments, and Securities at Equitable since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ralph held positions as Lead Director and Associate General Counsel at AXA US from September 2007 to January 2020, Senior Corporate Counsel at Global Indemnity Group from August 2004 to September 2007, and Associate General Counsel at Henry Schein from November 2000 to August 2004. Ralph began legal career as an Associate at King and Spalding from September 1997 to November 2000. Ralph holds a JD degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a degree from the University at Albany.
