Ryan Lee

Ryan Lee is a seasoned professional in the insurance and benefits industry with over 18 years of extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since January 2020, Ryan has been serving as the Director of Voluntary Product Management at Equitable, responsible for the leadership team overseeing Worksite product P/L and enrollment service operations, with a focus on technology and process solutions. Prior to this role, Ryan held similar positions at AXA US and Sun Life Financial, managing product management and growth initiatives. Ryan's career began at Assurant Employee Benefits, where duties included leading underwriting teams and managing operations for multiple product lines. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Russian Studies from Bard College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
