Shanene Muldrow

Shanene Muldrow possesses extensive experience in product management, marketing, and diversity initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Product Owner for the Attract and Join Squad and Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer at Equitable since September 2020, Shanene also participates in the Advancing Racial Equity Taskforce-Employee Squad. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Broker Dealer Marketing and Communications at Equitable Advisors and various project management positions at AXA, where Shanene developed and standardized processes for educational conferences and marketing materials. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Communications from Marist College and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
