Sheila Labita

Sheila Labita currently serves as Head of Total Rewards and Head of Benefits at Equitable since January 2021. Previously, Sheila held the role of Vice President of Retirement Plans at AXA from September 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities included managing strategic planning and vendor relationships for multiple retirement plans with assets exceeding $4 billion. From September 2006 to August 2010, Sheila was Assistant Vice President of Retirement Plans at AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company, overseeing administration and vendor relationships for retirement plans. Earlier in the career, Sheila was Director of H&W Production Operations at Affiliated Computer Services, managing a large team and overseeing numerous deliverables for health and wellness clients. Sheila Labita earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Managerial Science from Manhattan University between 1987 and 1991.
