Steven Rancourt

Steven Rancourt is an Insurance Financial Management Leader specializing in valuation, asset-liability management (ALM), and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Statutory Valuation at Equitable since 2024, Steven has leveraged nearly 15 years of actuarial and financial management experience across various roles primarily at Prudential Financial. There, Steven held several leadership positions, including Director & Actuary in Pension Risk Transfer Pricing, where they significantly contributed to multi-billion dollar transactions and enhanced risk management frameworks. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Penn State University, completed in 2008.
