Swathi Padmanabhan

Swathi Padmanabhan currently serves as Associate General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Equitable since November 2022. In addition, Swathi is a Leadership Fellow with the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity for the year 2024. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate at JONES DAY® from April 2019 to November 2022, and as an Associate at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP from October 2017 to March 2019. Prior roles also include Associate positions at Alston & Bird LLP from September 2013 to September 2017 and as a Summer Associate from May 2011 to July 2012. Swathi holds a Juris Doctor degree from Vanderbilt University Law School (2013) and an A.B. in Public Policy Studies from Duke University (2010).
