Tracy Ann Shaw

Tracy Ann Shaw, Ph.D., is an experienced professional with a diverse background in academic and corporate sectors. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Western Connecticut State University within the Ancell School of Business, Tracy has also held the position of Head of Engagement Strategy at Equitable since May 2021. Tracy's leadership roles extend to the Immune Deficiency Foundation as Chair of the Board of Trustees and a trustee member, and as Chair of the Board of Directors for SCORE Mentors. Previous positions include Head of Business and Market Development at MassMutual, where strategies were developed for targeting various market segments, and Executive Vice President of Client Development at Corporate Compensation Plans, Inc., focused on income protection and asset preservation programs. Tracy holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Adler University, an MBA from Western Connecticut State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University at Albany.
