Tyler Gale

Tyler Gale is an experienced Application Delivery Manager at Equitable since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing the Fraud and AML Program, overseeing cross matrixed teams to enhance controls and monitoring systems. Tyler also serves as the Co-Program Lead for the Financial Intelligence Unit IT team, directly managing five individuals and co-managing a broader team of twelve. Prior to this role, Tyler held multiple positions at AXA US since July 2004, advancing from Project Manager to Lead Delivery Manager, focusing on project and program delivery in a regulated environment. Tyler began a career at The MONY Group as a Programmer from July 2001 until its acquisition by AXA in 2004. Tyler holds an MBA in Business from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Clarkson University.
