Uma Shankar Pathak

Uma Shankar Pathak has extensive experience in the insurance and technology sectors, currently serving as Lead Manager at Equitable since January 2020, where responsibilities include supporting the annuities business. Prior to this role, Uma held the position of Lead Manager at AXA US for a brief period, and worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions from December 2014 to November 2019 as a Manager - Projects, focusing on OMNI product consultancy for an insurance client. Previous experience includes roles as a System Designer/Enterprise at Compuware and as a Mainframe Lead at IBM, where key tasks involved software development, testing, and deployment using various programming tools and languages.
