Zach Johns

Zach Johns, MSHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst at Equitable, a role held since July 2021, focusing on HR effectiveness and optimization through the implementation of advanced people operations management structures and digital tools. Previously, Zach worked as a Learning and Development Specialist, producing trainings to support a skills-based competency framework and analyzing data for organizational improvement. Prior experience includes an internship at Benco Dental, where responsibilities encompassed conducting the onboarding process and delivering diversity, equity, and inclusion training. Zach holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Employment Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations, both from Penn State University.
