Will Huffer

Will Huffer is currently the Practice Lead for Interim and Contract roles at EquiTalent, where they support Private Equity-backed companies with talent solutions in Finance, Transformation, and HR. Previously, Will played as a goalkeeper in several football clubs, including Leeds United and Burgess Hill Town. Will began their career in recruitment as a Researcher at Hansen Filler Associates, eventually becoming a Senior Consultant before leading the Interim practice at EquiTalent. They earned a Bachelor's degree in History from The Open University.
