Michael Blakley

Michael Blakley is the Co-Founder of Equitas, a company that focuses on creating faster and fairer hiring processes through inclusive interview software and dynamic interview frameworks. Prior to founding Equitas, Michael founded Freedom Recruiting and worked as an Assessment Consultant at Havas People and Hays. Michael also has experience as an Area Manager at ALDI, managing multiple stores and staff, implementing sales strategies, and reducing inventory losses. Michael holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Newcastle University and completed an Entrepreneurship Development Programme at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
