With a wealth of experience driving strategic transformation across various industries, Robby co-founded The Bridge, a global strategy and technology consulting firm, and Sana Sano Capital, which focuses on strategic investments in high-growth ventures. An award-winning author, Robby co-authored the book *Counter Mentor Leadership: How to Unlock the Potential of the 4-Generation Workplace.* Passionate about teaching, Robby is also an adjunct professor at Syracuse University.
