Simon Croft, ACA, is the Managing Director at Equiteq, a position held since 2025. They previously led significant technology transactions as Associate Director at Technology Holdings from 2018 to 2022. Before that, they were involved in deal advisory at Forvis Mazars in the UK from 2012 to 2018 and served as Vice-Chairman & Trustee for the Manchester Chartered Accountant Students’ Society in 2014-2015. Simon has relocated to Melbourne in 2023 to head the APAC business for TH Global Capital, overseeing major transactions across the region.
