Emma Cannings is an Associate Director at Equitix, where they lead the SPV management for various public and private sector projects, including student accommodations and PFI schools. With over eight years of project management experience, Emma has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget, even when taking over challenging initiatives mid-program. Previously, Emma served as a Project & Technical Services Manager at John Laing and held roles in facilities management, gaining valuable insights that contribute to their current responsibilities. Emma holds a background in administrative services from their early career at Rothschild and is APMP qualified.
