Philip Would

Head of Business Development, Middle East and Southeast Asia

Philip Would is the Head of Business Development for the Middle East and Southeast Asia, currently leading initiatives at Equitix. Philip previously served as a Director at Equitix from 2013 to 2024, where they focused on developing strategic relationships, particularly in the MENAT and ASEAN regions, and played a key role in managing over £1 billion in funds. Prior to this, Philip held the position of Non Executive Director at The Jockey Club from 2008 to 2019, overseeing business budgeting and capital project approvals. Philip's earlier career included significant roles at F.A.Would Group, where they managed property development and contracting matters from 1993 to 2000, and as a Marketing Manager at Carillion between 2000 and 2004. Philip earned a degree in Architectural Technology from Hull School of Architecture and studied French at Universite Stendahl III in Grenoble.
