Emily Kresowik

Emily Kresowik is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company since November 2019, Emily has previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Athene USA from November 2015 to November 2019. Prior to that, Emily was a Senior Legal Counsel at Principal Financial Group and worked as a Compliance Advisor from March 2014 to December 2015. Emily also served as an Enforcement Attorney for the Iowa Insurance Division from November 2005 to March 2014. Emily Kresowik earned a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and completed undergraduate studies at Coe College.
