Jack Quinn is an experienced analyst with a strong background in real estate finance and risk analysis. Currently employed at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, Jack has been instrumental in sourcing and closing real estate debt transactions, developing financial models, and managing investment performance within a $6 billion portfolio. Previously, Jack held several roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, including AVP of Sales Strategy & Solutions, where Jack identified business opportunities and developed sales forecasting models. Jack also served as a Senior Risk Analyst, analyzing credit risk for over 700 financial institutions, and as a Rotational Analyst, managing reporting and presentations. Additionally, Jack began a career in credit analysis at Signature Bank, completing a formal credit training program while analyzing financial statements for a substantial loan portfolio. Jack holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics and Management from DePauw University.
