Jai Kuchimanchi

Jai Kuchimanchi has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Jai has held various technology leadership roles in multiple insurance companies and IT consulting firms. Jai's most recent position was as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at Sammons Financial Group Member Companies from December 2019 to August 2023. Jai also held the position of Corporate Vice President - Enterprise Architecture at New York Life Insurance Company from 2015 to 2019 and as the Head of Technology Strategy, Architecture & Data at Allstate Financial from 2013 to 2015. In Allstate, they held multiple roles including Head - eBusiness Technology Development, Head of Application Development, and Senior Manager - Architecture, spanning from 2003 to 2013. Jai started their career as a Consultant at Infopower Systems from 1996 to 2002, followed by a stint as a Consultant at Datapro Infoworld from 1994 to 1996.

Jai Kuchimanchi received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 1990 to 1994. Later, from 2008 to 2010, Jai pursued an MBA degree in General Management & Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Additionally, Jai has obtained certifications such as Fellow, Secure Retirement Institute (FSRI) from LOMA in May 2023. Further certifications include Fellow, Financial Services Institute (FFSI) and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI), both from LOMA, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not available.
