Kathryn Jones is an experienced application development and engineering professional with a diverse career trajectory. Currently serving as the Application Development Manager at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, Kathryn leads the Integration team to enhance system connectivity and data transfer. Previously, Kathryn held multiple management roles at EMC Insurance Companies, including Platform Engineering Manager for both System Support Engineering and DevOps teams, and Software Engineering Manager, focusing on customer support automation and promoting a Cloud-first mentality. With a strong engineering background that began as a Programmer Analyst, Kathryn has consistently invested in team development and integration solutions across various technology platforms. In addition to a robust technical skill set, Kathryn has experience in mentorship and coaching in both technology and youth sports environments.
