Leon F.

Leon F. has a diverse range of work experience in the insurance industry. Leon began their career at Federated Insurance Company as a Commercial Territory Manager from 2004 to 2007. Following this, they worked at State Farm Insurance as an Agency Owner from 2007 to 2011. Leon then joined Farmers Insurance as the Head of Agency Platform-Central Zone from 2011 to 2013. Leon later moved to Farm Bureau Financial Services, where they held the roles of Agency Development Vice President from 2013 to 2018, and VP Sales-Multiline States from 2013 to 2017. Continuing their career, Leon worked at American National as a Regional Field Executive from 2018 onwards. Leon is currently employed at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company as the Regional Vice President-Sales, beginning in 2023.

Leon F. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 1998. Currently, they are pursuing a Certificate in Professional Development with a focus on Executive Development at The Wharton School, starting in 2016.
