Tanika Williams

Tanika Williams, ALMI, ACS, AIAA, SSBBP, CTC, currently serves as the Policy Administration Manager for Life Insurance at EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Tanika was the Head of New Business Knowledge Management at Equitable from April 2018 to October 2025, overseeing a team focused on training, quality assurance, and process management. Additional experience includes managerial roles in new business at AXA US and Financial Independence Group, as well as significant positions at TIAA-CREF and Bisys - LifeSource, where Tanika developed expertise in various aspects of life insurance and new business operations.
