James Wilton

James Wilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. James has held various leadership positions in both the military and corporate sectors. James began their career in the Australian Army, where they served in roles related to operations, training, management, and international engagement. James then moved on to work as a Capability Development Advisor for the Department of Defence of Australia, providing strategic advice on special operations and international policy development. James also served as a Squadron Commander and General Manager of Operations and Training for the Special Air Service Regiment, where they managed a large team and oversaw various responsibilities such as strategic planning, operations management, risk management, and compliance. Wilton has also worked as a Management Consultant for Global Aerospace Logistics LLC, where they conducted strategic analysis and provided organisational development advice. James has also been involved in entrepreneurship, having owned and managed businesses such as the BodywoRx Aesthetics Clinic and Safety Screens Aluminum Installations LLC. In their most recent role as President of Equitus International at Equitus Corporation, they are responsible for supporting clients and partners in utilizing their powerful analytics ecosystem to solve mission-critical problems and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. Additionally, they have held positions such as Director Operational Capability at Elbit Systems of Australia Pty Ltd and Project Director at International Golden Group (IGG) PJSC. James is also an elected board member of the Australian Business Council Dubai, where they contribute to marketing and communications initiatives. Throughout their career, Wilton has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills.

James Wilton completed their Higher School Certificate (HSC) at Newington College. James then joined the Royal Military College - Duntroon, where they studied Leadership, Command, Operations, and Management. Following this, they joined the Australian Army and obtained various AQF accredited qualifications. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Information Systems at Southern Cross University from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Southern Cross University from 2013 to 2014.
