Michael Waldier

Chief Technology Officer at Equitus

Michael Waldier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career as a Database Manager and Operations Officer at Northrop Grumman - Logicon, where they developed and supported real-time distributed interactive simulations. Michael then served as the Director for Arms Control, Counter-Terrorism, and the Middle East Regional Security Programs at the International Human Rights Law Institute.

Later, Waldier worked as a Program Site Manager at Team CACI - Advanced Systems Technology, managing a staff of defense contractors and overseeing training exercises for the Mission Command Training Division. Michael then joined ESN (Sc2) as a Program Operations Manager, where they were responsible for the Department of Veterans Affairs Virtual VA Program.

In 2012, Waldier joined SC2 Corp as the Chief Technology Officer and later transitioned to the role of Project Manager and Lead Engineer. Their work at SC2 Corp involved implementing a large-scale Hadoop-cluster instance for IBM Analytics software and conducting social media analysis for the Army G2 and SOCOM.

Currently, Waldier works at SJ Technologies as a Program Manager, focusing on business development and service delivery in the federal space. Their responsibilities include system integration, software development, database and data migration, cloud services, and information assurance. Michael has worked on projects for various government agencies and is proficient in Oracle, Amazon Web Services, and other innovative technology products and services.

Michael Waldier attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1976 to 1980, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.
