Mark Kikta

Mark Kikta is an accomplished professional with a robust background in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as an AI/ML specialist at Equity since June 2025, Mark previously contributed to research at The Ohio State University from August 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included developing a time series classification library and applying advanced machine learning techniques. As a Student Instructional Associate, Mark led recitations for undergraduate students in Business Algebra and Precalculus. Previous internships at E2G and Integrated Retirement Plan Solutions involved data analysis and compliance with IRS regulations for retirement plans. Mark holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer and Information Science and Mathematics from The Ohio State University, alongside a high school diploma from Saint Ignatius High School.
