Thomas Seffernick

Thomas Seffernick is the Director of Software Products and Head of Quality at The Equity Engineering Group, where they have been responsible for enhancing company results through effective quality management practices since 2015. Formerly, they held multiple vice president roles at KeyBank, focusing on project management, technology optimization, and agile coaching from 1992 to 1995. Thomas began their career as a programmer at Dinner Bell Foods and later worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at EDS Group. They hold an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from Bowling Green State University.
