Stuart Robles is a seasoned sales transformation leader and executive sales coach with extensive experience in building high-performing sales teams and implementing scalable processes across diverse industries. As co-founder of Equity Acceleration Partners since May 2025, Stuart drives comprehensive sales transformations and leadership development, particularly in the construction sector. In addition to serving as Senior Managing Partner at Boost Performance LLC since January 2019, Stuart has held key leadership roles, including Vice President of Client Success at Sales Transformation Group, Inc., and served on the Board of Directors for the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region. With a robust background in business development from previous positions at BGE, Mobil Steel International, WillScot, and the US Navy, Stuart has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing sales performance and fostering economic growth. Stuart holds degrees from Excelsior University and City University of Seattle, along with specialized training from Nuclear Power School.
