Eric Ralston

Eric Ralston began their work experience in 2006 as an intern at Scott Realty Company. Eric then joined State Farm Insurance in 2009 as a Financial Services Representative. In 2011, they moved to The F&M Bank & Trust Company, where they served as a Commerical Credit Specialist until 2013, and then as an AVP Portfolio Manager-Commercial Lending until 2014. From 2014 to 2022, Eric worked at CrossFirst Bank, first as a Business Banker and later as a Commercial Real Estate Banker. Currently, they hold the position of VP, Commercial Lender at Equity Bank, starting in March 2022.

Eric Ralston attended the University of Arkansas from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
