Matthew West

Matthew West has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Matthew started their career in 2000 as a Director at Green Street Advisors, where they worked for six years. In 2006, they joined George Weiss Associates as a Vice President until 2010. Matthew then moved to Oak Hill REIT Management as a Portfolio Manager for one year. In 2012, Matthew became a Senior Analyst at Millennium Partners, where they stayed until 2013. Since 2014, they have been with Equity Commonwealth, initially as VP of Financial Analysis and Strategy, and later promoted to Senior Vice President in 2018.

Matthew West attended Stanford University from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Matthew also studied macro and micro economics during their time at Stanford University.
