William Griffiths

William Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. William started their career at JP Morgan in 1995 as an Associate in Real Estate Investment Banking. In 1998, they joined Equity Office Properties as the Director of Business Development until 2002. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at Helix Funds in a finance role. In 2013, they transitioned to Equity Group Investments, where they worked in finance until 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at Equity Commonwealth, which they assumed in April 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Equity Commonwealth.

William Griffiths attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2002 to 2004, where they earned an MBA in Business. Prior to that, they studied at Northwestern University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a BA in Economics & MMSS.
