Ms. Gibson is a part-time Business Development Coordinator for the Business Development Team. For the past two years, she has provided administrative and document review support to the team’s technical and sales personnel. Ms. Gibson is responsible for supporting the Business Development Team in its sales initiatives for the various business units, as well as aiding in proposal development and RFQs.
Ms. Gibson also assists with data management in Deltek, maintaining current and accurate information for the clients, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM, and assisting with new project generation. She reports on Pipeline growth and new opportunities to her team and to Team Leads to keep staff informed and support planning efforts.
Prior to her role in Business Development, Ms. Gibson served as Support Services Manager and Lead Editor in a full-time capacity for E2G’s Marketing & Support Services Team. In this role, she managed the Report Processing Team, delegating and processing report review requests for the consulting business units. She and her team also provided support for marketing projects and E2G training courses.
During her time on the Marketing & Support Services Team, Ms. Gibson served as Quality Manager for E2G’s ISO-certified QA program, training the company on quality guidelines and ISO requirements, and successfully transferring to a new ISO standard. In her current role, Ms. Gibson conducts annual internal audits to continually support the QA program.
