Ms. Nardelli has over 20 years of experience in the engineering maintenance and transportation industries as a Senior Analyst and Claims Manager specializing in contract negotiations and insurance liability subrogation. Ms. Nardelli also has prior experience working with Business Development at a global law firm. Her focus at E2G as a Business Development Manager is to create positive and lasting working relationships with the clients.

Prior to her transition to E2G, Ms. Nardelli worked on contracts and in Risk Management/Legal for Shearman & Sterling and Northwell Health.
