Rob Ursem

Rob Ursem is a seasoned professional in software development and user experience, currently serving as the Team Leader of the Core Development Team at E2G | The Equity Engineering Group, Inc. since December 2023, where responsibilities include delivering the company's SaaS offerings. Prior to this, Rob held several significant positions at Computer Modelling Group Ltd., including Senior Manager of User Experience and Manager of Visualization, leading large teams to enhance multiple products through effective project management and a strong focus on code quality. Rob's earlier experience includes project management roles at LogicaCMG within the Oil and Gas sector and work as a Geodetic Engineer at Geodelta, where the Phoxy application was developed. Rob holds a Master's degree in Geodetic Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
