Mr. Doyel has been working in the refining, power, and aerospace industries for 25 years. His specialties include nondestructive testing, construction quality control and quality assurance, owner’s inspection practices, and auditing. He currently sits on the Certification Subcommittee at the American Welding Society and holds valid certifications with NBIC, API, AWS, and past certificate of competency as a Boiler Inspector with Cal-OSHA.
