Monetary Debasement Insurance - position our clients’ and our capital as a form of fiat currency “Debasement Insurance” while also being a very attractive core allocation given: (i) the free cash flow valuations of the miners; and (ii) the significant operating leverage that miners benefit from at current or higher gold prices.

Gold miner equities typically provide 3-10x upside multiples in historic bull markets.

Knowing What We Don’t Know – We know our circle of competence. We are investors not geologists. Thus, we hire experienced geologists and consultants to assist us in researching our ideas.

Differentiated VC Approach – Whereas mining ETFs avoid select junior miners and private investments, we seek a diversified portfolio across the mining spectrum. Cultivate private financings through our network. Portfolio gains significant torque from the warrants from these financings.

Selective Hedging – Long biased fund with smart mix of technically influenced hedging if we see asymmetry
