The company is located in Del Mar California.  I have been working out of this office since 1995 as both a mortgage broker and real estate broker.  I now work through Bay Equity LLC- mortgage banker and still own my company Equity Max Realty Inc.  I represent both buyers and sellers and offer a discounted listing price.  I handle short sales and due to my experience with mortgage brokering and lenders, I know exactly what the lenders are looking for and have achieved short sales within 60 days of listing the property.  I have been a member of the BBB for over 13 years.
