Nate O'Connor

Nate O'Connor serves as the Managing Director at Equity Methods since January 2010, overseeing a team that provides valuation, financial reporting, and HR advisory services to over 500 public and 100 private companies globally. Previously, Nate led the Valuation Services Practice at Equity Methods, where the team expanded significantly from 2 to 15 members. Nate has also held positions on advisory boards and committees, including the Certified Equity Professional Institute and Financial Executives International, where leadership roles focused on communications and strategic oversight. An experienced educator, Nate lectured on Financial Management at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management. With a robust background in equity compensation valuation at institutions like Merrill Lynch, Nate's academic credentials include advanced studies in Finance and an MBA from Loyola University Chicago.
