Yu Yao

Yu Yao is a financial professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, portfolio management, and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Financial Reporting at Equity Methods since January 2023, Yu Yao previously held positions as Associate in Financial Reporting at the same company and as a Portfolio Management Intern at Traub Capital Management. Additionally, Yu Yao contributed as an Instructional Assistant for advanced corporate finance and accounting courses at Brandeis International Business School and co-led the Brandeis Global Markets Investment Club. Prior experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at I Know First and In Need Solutions LLC, a research intern at Essence Securities Co., Ltd, and participation in the CFA Institute Research Challenge. Yu Yao holds a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley University.
