Kurt Spring

Kurt Spring is the Managing Partner and Head of Asset Management at Equity Resource Investments, a role held since 2012. They focus on leadership and support for the asset management team, specializing in investor reporting, valuation modeling, and investment strategies. Previously, Kurt served as Vice President at Boston Financial Investment Management, where they worked on strategic workouts of challenged assets, and held key management positions at Potomac Realty Capital, overseeing significant portfolios. Kurt holds a BA in Economics and Urban Studies from Haverford College and an MBA with Distinction from Boston College's Carroll School of Management. Additionally, they are a Board Member of Cottonwood Residential and Chair of the Greater Boston Habitat for Humanity Family Selection Committee.
