Tom Gordon

Tom Gordon has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Tom is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Equity Shift, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Causam eXchange from 2016 to 2019. From 2015 to 2016, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Power Analytics Corporation.

Before that, Tom was the Vice President of Software Engineering at OpenText from 2008 to 2015. Tom also worked as a Manager at Motricity, Inc. from 2005 to 2008.
