Michael Ray

Michael Ray is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing teams within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operations at Equity Trust Company since August 2022, Michael oversees multiple teams responsible for account services, transfers, and distribution management, while focusing on performance evaluation and organizational development. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Operations Manager and Head of the Soft Dollar Committee at Victory Capital Management, where leadership was demonstrated through managing a middle operations team during significant mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Michael held operations management roles at PNC Investments, where responsibilities included overseeing operational activities, risk mitigation, and providing exceptional service through estate resolution processes.
