Renee Albert

As CPSO, Renee leads the integrated effort to define Equity Trust’s strategic direction, cross-organizational business decisions, future growth opportunities, and product strategy. Renee is highly engaged in Equity’s strategic client-centricity efforts, working closely with business leaders to ensure enterprise-wide alignment on strategic investments, success measures, and supporting efforts to digitally transform the business. Renee joined Equity Trust in 2014 to lead the Innovation and Strategy team and has held several roles focused around strategy and client experience (VP, Client Analytics & Product Management, and SVP, Strategy and Product Management, and Chief Product & Strategy Officer). Prior to joining Equity Trust, Ms. Brown held several leadership roles in product management, innovation, and strategy at companies including STERIS, Ridge Tool Company (RIDGID), and TTI (Dirt Devil). She received her undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University and her MBA from Baldwin-Wallace.
